You are almost there BA Cleansers! Congratulations on a job well done. I hope you have been enjoying the adventurous flavors and ingredients, and that, unlike me, you’ve checked your teeth for stray chia seeds before all of your business meetings.

This week has been a whirlwind; not only have I purchased a lovely little toothpick holder for my purse (see above), but I flew from my home in Seattle to New York City to promote our beautiful new book: Bon Appétit: The Food Lover’s Cleanse. During my trip, I cooked flank steak on live TV, lunched at the beautiful BA Kitchen in One World Trade Center, signed books at Nourish Kitchen and Table, owned by Marissa Lippert, the nutritional consultant on the FLC. What I didn’t do much of was cook.
