Troy Aikman certainly loves the Super Bowl—and not just because he’s won three of them. When he’s not announcing the big game, the former Dallas Cowboys quarterback is hosting a blowout at his Texas home. “It’s one of those rare times when I can just sit back and be a fan like others are throughout the year,” the current Fox NFL lead analyst says. The menu’s themed to whatever teams are playing: New England Patriots? Clam chowder. New Orleans Saints? Jambalaya.
No matter who’s competing, there’s always homemade guacamole (Aikman likes his chunky, with lots of garlic, black pepper, jalapeño, and red onion), frozen margaritas poured from his own machine (“those are a big hit”), and plenty of televisions (“my parties revolve around the game”).
